How long is the support contract valid?
The contract is valid for 1 year from the start date. Any unused hours will expire after the one-year contract period and cannot be carried forward.
How will I track the hours used?
We notify you of the hours consumed after each completed request, ensuring full transparency on your remaining support hours.
