How To Use
How to Use
Integrating ReviewCaddy app with Magento Extension:
- Go to the ReviewCaddy site and subscribe to any from the given plans.
- Login to the ReviewCaddy dashboard.
- Go to API Configuration page and copy the API credential.
- Login to the Magento Dashboard.
- Go to Store > Configuration > ReviewCaddy Settings.
- Update the credential copied from the ReviewCaddy API Configuration page and Click ‘Save Config’.
When the ReviewCaddy app successfully integrates with the Magento store, it enablesthe following processes:
- Retrieves the product information of the Magento store to the ReviewCaddy dashboard.
- Retrieves the orders with selected status (Pending/Completed) to send the review reminder emails to buyers.
- Displays Review widget on the Product detail page of the Magento store and the Average Rating widget with the item image on the Catalog page.
- Displays all submitted reviews on the ReviewCaddy dashboard for moderation and all approved reviews on the Magento dashboard.
